Very relaxed run this morning. It is a little warmer today, which is nice. (11.25 in 1:32:01)

Jogged across the neighborhood to help someone move into their home. Nice neighbors. (0.45 miles)

Continued sanding the deck, then switched to applying cleaner and scrubbing.

Sunday morning report: I am actually pretty sore today. This week will be very relaxed and hopefully I can be at my best for next Saturday!
