Early in. 1 mile warm up outside, then to the treadmill. Another half mile of warm up. Then three sets of 2 miles at threshold pace with quarter mile recoveries in between. First set at 8.8 mph, then 8.9 mph, then 9mph. Last 0.2 miles of the last set were at 10mph. Good cooldown, followed by a little strength training and stretching. Really satisfying workout. Coming back just in time for STG. (9.71 in 1:09:21)
