2 mile warm-up. 2x2 miles at threshold pace with 2 minute recoveries. Immediately went into 8x200 meters with 200 meter recoveries. Immediately went into 4x1 mile at threshold pace with 1 minute recoveries. I tried Maurten for the first time. It really is a nice product, but also pretty pricey. I highly recommend it if you are having trouble finding a suitable race fuel. This workout had me completely beat at the end. 2 mile cool down. (15.1 in 1:49:28) |
