10 miles with 4.25 mile warm up then 12 x 1/4 mile w/1 min jogs in 77-79 on the road. It was hard but but not too difficult which is the effort I was looking for this morning. This is the first structured workout I have done in a month. It felt good to work hard but not so good to realize how out of shape I am. Hopefully I can look back on this workout and think of it as a starting point. |
