Running fool

Met Riley, Ben, Matt, Moss, & Jason at 21st street pond.  We ran the Monroe your boat route.  Average pace: 7:21 (7:54, 7:22, 7:21, 7:15, 7:08, 6:51, 7:14, 7:31, 7:33, 7:45, 7:27, & 6:48).

I met Riley, Matt, & Ben at Smiths.  We ran towards Washington Terrace up by the hospital and back on Glassman Way.  Average Pace: 8:27 (7:44, 7:50, 8:27, 8:20, 9:40, 8:33, & 8:34).

Met up with Matt, Riley, & Ben at OHS track.  We did three two miles fartlek.  Fast 400 then a slower one. 1:34, 1:55, 1:33, 1:48, 1:34, 1:44, 1:30, & 1:51 for the first set.  1:31, 1:49, 1:32, 1:50, 1:32, 1:52, 1:32, & 1:44 for the 2nd set.  1:25, 1:46, 1:29, 1:47, 1:25, 1:49, 1:25, & 1:51 for the last set.

I met Matt at the Dee Event Center this morning.  We ran the tempo loop and then ran down by Ogden Athletic Club and back.  Average pace:8:28 (9:24, 8:23, 8:22, 8:15, 8:18, 8:24, 8:21, & 8:16).

We had a fantastic run this morning out on Antelope Island!  Riley, Bret, Brett, Matt, Tyler, and I ran out there.  It was my first time meeting Matt and Tyler.  Tyler took some amazing pictures.  My watched does so I didn't get an average pace.  I'll try and post pictures later.
