Nothing today.  I'm feeling a lot less sore than yesterday.  After sitting for a while yesterday I'd tighten up and getting up to walk just turned into a hobble.  My knee still aches a little.  It's on the outside and at least part of it is the IT band, but it seems more than that.  I've never had IT band issues before so maybe it is just that.  A friend of mine is going to get some KT Tape for his knee.  I wonder if that will work on the outside of mine.  What direction would I even put it on?

I borrowed P90X from my sister-in-law.  Ouch.  I tried out the Legs and Back and felt sick 3/4 through.  I like to run because I can push myself and still feel good afterwards, tired and sore, but good.  Feeling sick isn't fun.  I was supposed to then do the ab workout but didn't.  I didn't feel good for the rest of the day.

I've never been one for weights or any kind of workout other than running.  I know I need to in order to get much faster.  So I'm going to give this a try again, but every day!?  Oh crap.
