I borrowed P90X from my sister-in-law. Ouch. I tried out the Legs and Back and felt sick 3/4 through. I like to run because I can push myself and still feel good afterwards, tired and sore, but good. Feeling sick isn't fun. I was supposed to then do the ab workout but didn't. I didn't feel good for the rest of the day. I've never been one for weights or any kind of workout other than running. I know I need to in order to get much faster. So I'm going to give this a try again, but every day!? Oh crap. |
