I'm running shorter distances for a while until my ankles feel better.  I was encouraged the first 2 miles but then the right one started to hurt again.  Crap.  I walked for a bit each 1/2 mile or so after that hoping that I'll recover sooner.  I'm going to try again tomorrow.

Good luck with the ankle. Those beavers need someone keeping an eye on their work!

Life got crazy. I'm having a hard time finding time to run. Maybe I need to start running some early mornings. I've got to find miles somewhere soon to be ready for Utah Valley.
