I got up and got out, but I didn't want to.  I wanted to do 7 but didn't have time.  I had to get back by 6:00 to get the kids up so they wouldn't be late for school.  So I was going to run 6 but the combination of not wanting to be out there and a sore ankle  convinced me to cut it another mile short.  I wanted to run 34 miles this week and now it might be hard to do that.

Do what your body will let you and be glad that you DID get up and do five, when you could've done what I did and just slept and missed the workout day completely. Hang in there and get that ankle better!
