I didn't have it this morning. Yesterday's Fartlek portions must have taken more out of me than I thought. So I cut this one short and took it extra slow just to get the blood pumping through my tired legs.

You had two 10 milers back to back and a nice Fartlek session so the recovery run is a smart move.
What are your plans for Sat. Run? We are meeting at the Draper City Park at 6:45 to run the Porter Rockwell Trail if you want some company on Sat. would love to see you!

Smooth, I would so be there, except I will be running the Willowcreek Jr. High 5k fundraiser with my daughter, in the middle of 20 or so other miles.
