9 easy miles in the afternoon. I put 2 in my Altras in the middle of these 9. I really like 'em but I did start to feel some soreness in my ankles toward the end of the 2 miles. Maybe I'll put another 2 on them later in the week. As for my ankles overall there wasn't much soreness for the rest of the run. I keep saying ankles but my right one seems to be healed completely. When I have a day off between runs all is good. I'm going to run Wednesday and Thursday so I'll be curious to see how I feel during Thursday's run. I think I'll notice an improvement over previous consecutive day runs so I'll probably add a 5th run each week here in the next month. |
