15 miles of the JRP.  I wanted to get an early start so I ran 5 starting a little after 6am.  After a few of those I ran into Richard, my neighbor.  I ran all 14 of last weeks long run with Richard and he ran me into the ground.  Anyway, I invited him to join me for 10 with RAD and Toby at 7:30.  So we headed back to my house to finish those five and drive up to the meeting place.  Up at the bridge Toby wanted to run north.  Rachael gave a nice eye roll to that but we went on anyway.  The trail for a half mile is still messed up but passable.  Once we got to the north end of the golf course the trail crosses the river and starts to climb up the point of the mountain.  The climb is significant and was the source of Rachael's eye roll, she has run enough inclines lately.  We turned around to finish 10 for that section, 15 over all.

Thanks everyone for letting me tag along.  These runs a so much better with good company.

I understand the source of the "eye rolls" now! Had I known.....:) It was great to meet you on Saturday and am sure I will see you at various races!

allie - Thanks. That is actually my highest mileage week in over a year. I'm starting to finally kick the injury bug. Now I just have to add another 20 miles on top of that.

Toby - I'm looking forward to seeing you at the various races and events. And I was glad you chose north. I needed some hills and the look on Rachael's face was totally worth it.

I had a great time Chad! Thanks for bringing Richard along as well. You've done some amazing work lately and will really do well at UVM!
