Crappy run this morning. I don't know why. I've had 2 days rest but my legs were dead this morning. I felt similar to how I felt after donating blood last month.  I hope things are better tomorrow.

Just an off day! Sleep well tonight and get back at it tomorrow! At least you got out, that is the hardest part.

It could have been too much ice cream. That's been a problem lately :) But I did get a good nights sleep last night (notice it is Tuesday now). I slept through my alarm and missed my run. Crap. My snooze button broke in the last week so I guess I just turned it off, but I don't remember. Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow.

Some days are like that. I often find that in the middle of my training cycle, Monday runs seem to feel tired and sluggish. The two days rest didn't seem to give me fresh legs, instead the body was thinking that it's on vacation. :)

But you got out and let the body know that you mean business. I'll bet you'll have a great run tomorrow! :) The weather's getting warmer so be sure to hydrate!
