10 miles at marathon pace. I felt better than yesterday. This makes 930 miles on these shoes. They're pretty trashed but I want to end on a nice round 1000.

despite the weather and work, it looks like you're doing a great job getting the miles in this week!

So far so good. I don't see any work obstacles yet.

How amazing that you're running so many miles this week already after a great Saturday run.
You're doing great!

Thanks QP. I'm happy to report that I'm feeling pretty good. I've already missed today though. My Paige is sick and I had to stay home during my scheduled run. There always seems to be something getting in the way of my planned miles. Arrg.

She has allergy induced asthma. It's worst in the spring. Her sister had it when she was young too but she out grew it. She was fine later on, she even went to preschool.
