Okay, so have you been running lately? Want to do a JRP run this week sometime? I think Smooth comes home soon...we could probably get a decent group.

I've been pretty scared to get out and run on these surfaces. Plus with all the family in town for the holidays it just hasn't happened. A group run sounds fun but I'm embarrased by the shape I've let myself slide into. I couldn't keep up.

You should live in AZ. That way nobody from the blog sees you, and you won't be embarrassed. That's what I do.
