This morning I ran 7 miles at 8:34 pace. Another warm morning at 34 deg but a strong wind. I ran around 9 min pace for the miles into the wind and ran my last mile in 6:45 which felt much to hard for HM pace even with the wind at my back for most of it. It's interesting how I had to dress the same this morning while I was running into a strong wind at 34 deg as I was last mon at 0 deg without wind.

Yes I'm planning on it and I hope to get a chance to meet you and Jeff and some of the other bloggers down there.

If I don't meet you at the starting line you better be waiting for me at the finish line. I plan to be coming in between 1:40 and 1:45 so you will be there way before me. I may be running solo cause Megs ankle has been bothering her but if not I will be the one crossing the finish line with a hot babe!! :)

I'll be sure to watch for you and your babe.
