Cold cold. It was 14 degrees when I ran this morning. Have any races to run in the future recently?

The sad thing is, these temps will just be the average in another month or two. I'm just glad we don't get the wind you guys get up there although the temps do seem to drop a little lower down here.

I ran the first dam 5k a couple weeks ago and thinking about another local 5k this Saturday but not sure. What have you got coming up next?

Dave S - I hear you about the cold. Even though you don't get the wind it's still about the same experience heading out in it where your at. Great dedication you have.

I'm planning on doing a local 5K on Thanksgiving for fun. Don't know what my speed is at because I haven't done any speed work forever. Good luck Saturday if you decide to run.
