Ran this morning in a snow storm with about 6 inches of fresh snow. Just went 3 miles with the walk breaks again. I got zero pain. I may try a short run later today.

Went in for a massage today. I had some very tight and sore spots on the outside of my hip. She felt like this was probably causing the problem with the IT band in my knee area. I had suspected this also. She got the muscles realy loosened up and feeling good. I think it should help.

PM Did another short 3.5 mile run with walk breaks. Made sure to quit before I got any pain.

Was Sarah able to help a lot? It's amazing what some massage will do for getting rid of some persistant injuries.

Yes Jon, I think it really helped.

she gave me some good stretches that are probably better than some I was doing. I'm excited to see how it goes the next few days.

I put you and Paul down as recomending her. I hope you can both get the discount. I thought she did a very good job. Thanks

Glad she helped. I went to her 4 or 5 times last season. And Paul deserves the discount- I just piggybacked my name.

You lucky dog!! I would love a really good sports massage. Glad to hear that it helped and you seem to be improving every day.

Hang tough Dave! This will pass.
