     Ran on the track this morning. Started out with a 3 mile warm up then 6x200 and 2x400. I averaged 40 seconds on the 200s and 1:20 each on the 400s with recovery of equal distance between each at around 8:30/mile. Cool down for a couple more laps. 7:23/mile overall AP

Track work sounds fun and different... Problem is my local (high school) track is out of service for resurfacing :( It should be nice when they finish :)
