Ran 3.5 at 7:45 pace then 2x200 [45,45], 1x400 [89], 2x1,000 [ 3:44, 3:44], 1x400 [89], 3x200 [40,39,39]. I ran 200 recoveries between the 200s and 400s between the 400s and 1,000s at around 8:30 pace. Ran another 3.5 laps cooldown.

I kinda like the track workouts. The training I've just started has a lot of it. My only problem is getting to the track, it's a little inconvenient. Sub 18-5K this time?

I don't think I'll be anywhere near sub 18. I have hardly done anything in the 4 weeks since ST George and haven't run any miles faster than MP in months until last Thursday. Sub 19 would be great right now. 6 min pace is feeling way to hard to maintain right now.
