My hamstring felt much better this morning but still not 100%. I ran 7 miles and it felt no different at the end than it did within the first 1/2 mile. 8:48 AP

PM  After dark I ran another 5 miles starting at 8:31 first mile and progressing down to 7 min last mile. 7:46 AP

Hope the hamstring is feeling better. Sure hope it doesn't hold you back from St George. BTW... How do you get into the SG marathon? It sure seems to be a popular one. If I could get in I might try to run it next year.

My hamstring is feeling much better. You have to sign up in April to get into the lottery. The odds must be around 50/50 or better to get drawn. Most people I know have been drawn more than 1/2 the time. I've gotten in 3 out of 4 times.

I think I'll throw my name in the hat next year :-)
