My calf muscle is still sore today so this morning I ran a real easy 2.6 miles at 9:54 pace to see if it would loosen up at all. It didn't seem to help but didn't make it any worse either. I'm hoping to do a 16 or 17 mile run at a very very easy pace Saturday. I'm more worried that the calf might stop me than my hamstring.
I went a little over 30 miles on the mt. bike in 2 hours. My legs must be getting used to the higher bike mileage. They don't seem to be complaining as much as last week. Climbed to the top of the pass on the way to Thatcher again. My calf actually felt a little better after the ride.
