My back felt a lot better this morning so I decided to try a short run. The pain wasn't bad but just enough that I didn't want to risk making it worse so I only ran 2.3 miles and I will see how it does throughout the day. I may try another short run later if all goes well.

Dave, sorry about the back, best to take it easy, you have all the physical conditioning in place so consider it a long taper. do you need me to pick up your packet or anything friday? Scott

Scott, I was planning to pick it up Saturday morning but if you wanted to pick it up tonight that would be great. It may save me from a large line in the morning.

Scott, my wife is going to be down in Logan today and if she is down there past 5:00 [when packet pickup starts] she is going to pick mine up then.

Thanks Dave

Dave, sounds good, I didnt realize there was pickup Saturday morning as well, so if your wife doesnt get it today it is probably easier for you to get it tomorrow morning than for us to try to find each other with 2000 people milling around. wil look for you at the start, Scott
