aha, now I know what I need to do to keep up with you at the half. 1:25. let's be sure to touch base at the start, I have to try to keep you in my sights as long as I can. I doubt I can run a 1:25, but this is my home turf so i guess I have to at least try. But I am guessing more like 1:27 for me this time. I need more long runs, that is where I am hurting.

C'mon Scott, I read your blog. 6:30 pace is practically a jog for you. I doubt you'll be keeping an eye on me unless you keep looking back. LOL. I'll look for you at the start.
