I hadn't felt a thing from my hamstring since yesterdays run until I started my run this morning. I had the same soreness/tightness as yesterday but not quite as bad. I ran 4 miles easy with 1 mile down the big highway hill and 1 back up. The discomfort stayed the same throughout the run but decided to cut it short again. 8:44 pace. Went for 20 miles on my mt bike again. It was 6 PM and 92 deg.
