Ran 10 miles this morning up past the reservoir. It is about 1/2 covered in ice now. The snow on the road has given way to mud but the mud was frozen so not a problem. Averaged 8:08 for the run with a few strides thrown in during the last two miles. We've got a big storm moving in with high winds this afternoon and tomorrow.

Whatever I said previously about wanting to live in Preston, Id ... I take it all back!

Nice run...I'm down in Colorado and that storm will hit us early tomorrow morning. On the bright side...it was probably 60+ here today (20's tomorrow).

Good luck with the storm, hope it doesn't shut you down completely. I think Preston would like Preston.

IJR You mean you've already forgotten about all of those 90 deg runs in 80% humidity you were doing a short time ago? And how you were making me feel guilty for posting the 50 deg morning temps we were having all summer? :-)

Fishon I hope you don't get the winds that they got on the Wasatch Front this morning.

Flat I know that Preston would love Preston. At least for 3 of the 4 seasons. As for winter up here you had better like snow and not mind the cold or you would hate winter up here. As you well know :-)
