I did 20 miles this morning. It started out nice and cool [around 52] but quickly warmed up when the sun got up. I was feeling a little beat around 8 miles where I turned back toward home but had to go at least another 8 to get home. after 16 I didn't feel any worse so I went ahead and finished out the 20 I had planned. Felt good to be done today and for the week. 8:13 pace.

Great job on sticking to the original goal and getting that 20 miler in. Is this your first 20 miler since coming back from injury?

Yes Jeff that is my longest run this year. My hip started bothering me a bit the last week and a half and I was a bit worried about that but it seemed to not get any worse during the run. I felt beat at the end of the run but by that afternoon I felt back to normal so I'm happy about that. I'm a little slow getting back because I still don't have a computer. We've been looking just haven't decided yet.
