2.4 miles and .3 miles walking recovery, then .6 miles up a killer hill and .15 miles walking recovery, then 1 mile and .2 miles walking recovery. 90 degrees and very humid today. Hill was really crushing, but the overall pace was sub 8s so I feel pretty good about this. At this point I've got about 12-15 pounds to lose to get back down to racing weight. Taking 3 months off while I bought and sold my home is killing me, and the conditions are not helpful to starting over. |
