1pm: 1.5, .25, 1.5, .25 + 7 different singular sets (12 reps) of back lifts with free weights.
10pm: 3 miles stadium stairs at work.
2.25 then .2 walking followed by 1.1 and .15 walking.
3.75 miles stadium stairs at work.
