6 mile trail run with over 2 miles of serious hillage, 2 miles flat and 2 miles slow winding downhill. Loose stones, tree roots, leaves, etc. Your basic mud and guts trail run. Followed by a 2 mile cool down trail run, first 1/3 up hill, 2nd 3rd flat, 3rd 3rd downhill. 6 mile run was a 23:45 1st lap (3 miles) and a 24:15 second lap. 50 degrees, sunny, perfect. |
