Back in St Louis. Mid to upper 80s, humid, sunny, hot, etc. By St Louis standards an easy summer day, but relative to the last 2 weeks in Michigan it was brutal. Interestingly though my pace was faster today here at an easy AB pace than it was in Michigan. Not sure why, but I felt sluggish both weeks up there. Probably vacation eating. Last year I put on about 7 or 8 pounds during vacation over 3 weeks, this year it maintained, but given my running I should have dropped weight. My guess is it was the eating.

At any rate, 8.03 miles today @ 7:39s.
