I am Dallen Gillespie, and I graduated from Pine View HS in 2017. I love the scenery of Southern Utah. I returned home from my mission in Chile in October 2019 and will start studying at BYU this January.

am- 13.42 miles/ 91 min aerobic run w/ 2x15mins of Progressive Tempo (60 secs slower than 5K pace) w/ 10-15 min rec.

Yah I have been a scrub but I dont got time to go back and redo all the days I missed. RIP harambe. So today our run was pretty boss, the tempo was rough on the second set but it felt good to get moving at a quicker pace so yah. Our pace for each tempo set was 6:20-6:10 and then 6:10-5:45.

Today we were about to go out on the run and then lightning struck and we had to run inside. That was......different. I hate it basically is what Im saying but do what ya gotta do. 

And here is a little comment from my home boy Mitch Wade: "I'm pretty experienced in the art of running, I ran 7:02 in the 1600 the other day so obviously I am one of the best on the team this year. I know I can get my pr down to a 7:01 by the end of the year!"

I am getting yoked as my boi Yak would call it. I am bout to squat 225 on Thursday so if anyone wants to watch, come to Pine View High Schools weight room at 6:15am on April 6.

pm- 7.6 miles/ 60 min total; race day, 3 races and warm and cool for each.
