| | am- Went with my other Super-senior boys to the XC practice today. We had to go pass on our Gouldship to the next generation. It was an honor to be a Gould. I am gonna miss being with the team. We just went out for a 30 minute run, ended up being 4.22 miles. I felt real good cause I've been training but others there obviously were feeling the pain. Kai Burke came to XC practice, a dude who was adopted from Ethopia just this last year and he is looking good. I think if the boys can bring him in and make him part of the boys group, he will thrive and be a killer runner for PV. So all ya PV dudes on fastrunningblog, TALK TO HIM SO HE DOESNT LEAVE THE TEAM!!!!! Honestly, he can be the difference maker on a trip to greater things this October, November, and December if you know what Im sayin'.

| | am- Ran with Mitch and Xander and Jarron today at XC practice. I am gonna just run on my own if they wanna still go with the team though cause I gotta do trails with these new New Balance tester shoes. they are HUGE, but very plush on the underfoot part. Today was just a chill 30 minute run. I want to go longer, I wanna get out there!

| | am- Went for a run with the XC team today. I had some time and I havent been good at getting up to run so I thought today would be a great starting point. I was so happy to see Coach Holt and Robs, and also my bros and the rest of the team. I definitely miss it, its weird not being a part of the team. I got my new work team, but thats working with food so its a bit different hahaha. Swell run, I felt pretty pooped after but thats what I get for only running 5 days out of the last 3 weeks. Its time to get a workin it!
Also news update, I got a call from Stake Pres, Church Headquaters called and my reporting date for the mish is now September 26th instead of Sept 5th. So I will be able to study some more spanish and work and run some more. Also I bought a new pair of Kinvaras so I pretty stoked about that:)
