I am Dallen Gillespie, and I graduated from Pine View HS in 2017. I love the scenery of Southern Utah. I returned home from my mission in Chile in October 2019 and will start studying at BYU this January.

pm- I drove out to Green Springs and ran the new and improved Mustang Pass; thanks to Nick (Hell Raiser) who fixed it up for his Current Issues project. It was really nice weather, a lil' breezey and not cold! Stretched out real good afterward.

WORD OF THE DAY: Punctual- being on time to your commitments. Ex: I set a goal to be punctual this year since I was late to every single team dinner.

pm- So Mrs. Goncalves has a nephew or grandson(one of the two) who just moved here from Brazil and is a runner! Or so he said. He doesnt run exact the way we do here so he will have to get used to it but he looks like he could have great potential! We just ran out to Starbucks and back.

pm- We did our vVO2 6 min test today and I pooped it up. I drank two bottles of chocolate whole milk during lunch at our first Student Leadership Team meeting cause it was free but that was like a tank in my stomach. Never again. My distance ended up being 1875m. I finished right with Carson.
