The usual workout stuff of the weights days.
pm- 6.5 miles/ 45 min E.
We went out into Green Springs and it was great! I was pretty tired in my calfs, a usual thing now so thats interesting.
Church ball ended and Im glad. I about punched a kid cause he was being a major d-bag..... I hate dudes who are major d-bags.
