Tried to do an afternoon run outside, but it was too cold and windy so I wimped out after a couple miles and went to the treadmill. Did a 4 mile tempo run in 22:58. | Add Comment |

| It seems like I have re-injured my right hamstring. Originally hurt it during the Chicago marathon. It acted up again a couple months ago, and now it's really bothering me. Yesterday's tempo was too much for it. I'll take a few days off. | Add Comment |
