Find my true running potential, then exceed it.

6.08 miles, 47:45, 7:51/mi.
A bit of pain in the left hammy towards the end but manageable.
7.0 trail miles w/ Ivy, 1:21:25, 11:37/mi.
Ran in Pack Forest. Plenty of dog stops and pauses, but she really drove me up some of the steep hills. Trails in pretty good shape.
