LM warmup (10 reps), 7.07 miles in 53:37, 7:35/mi, HR 160, w/ 12 x 12 sec Hill Sprints, some light core work & stretching. Crazy week. Fitting in running around work and monitoring landscapers has been nigh impossible. Spent several evening hours over the last couple of days doing math to figure out paver design for some walkways and pads we're having put in and when the dimensions don't fit, they just don't fit. Anyway, finally managed to drag myself out for a run and felt better by a couple of miles into it. |
