LM warmup, 7 treadmill miles in 54:15, 7:45/mi, & stretching. Took a few days off to see if the hip/groin pain would go away. Changed, but not away, so back on the more rigorous strengthening exercises I did in PT. Didn't really take much to convince myself to take a few days off.....I can't seem to get motivated in the cold and wet weather. I've become a (gasp) fair weather runner! |
