LM warmup, 8 miles in 1:00:25, 7:33/mi, HR 144, w/ 8 x 12 sec Hill Sprints at mile 3 hill, 1.5 mile walk w/ dogs, & stretching.

23F in the heat of the day.  Temps like this are one of the reasons I don't live east of the cascades.  Despite the big freeze, managed a decent run and wasn't too cold, at least not until the dog walk.  Dare I say it?  Bring back the rains!
