LM warmup, 6 miles easy in 47:56, 7:59/mi, HR 140 with 12 x 10 sec Hill Sprints at mile 3 hill. 2 mile cooldown walk w/ dogs. Cool (51F). Felt pretty decent the first 3. Good set of hill sprints, all strong (after the 1st one, which is always a dog). Last 3 miles felt the sprints in my legs, but okay.
