LM warmup (10 reps), 8 miles in 59:06, 7:23/mi, HR 148, w/ 12 x 12 sec Hill Sprints, 1 mile walk w/ dogs, & stretching. Felt better today. Run uneventful. Hill sprint hill was slick in spots, so I stuck to the sides (alternating). First 2 repeats tough going, but 3-10 were fabulous.....rare occasion where the legs felt explosive. Pretty tired by the last 2, so they were merely good. New shoes.
