Cool (44F) and cloudy...long-sleeve shirt and gloves.  Easy run with about 7-8 strides sprinkled in for good measure.  Legs feel pretty good...just some overall mileage tiredness.

I hope you don't get that cold that's going around. Mine has been very mild, but it still feels like I've got soap bubbles in my head. Good running this week!

Thanks, I think either got the very minor version or have managed to keep it at bay. Hopefully it'll stay there! Get better soon....you've got another race to run soon! :)
