2 mile treadmill warmup in 17:31. 5 Steady State treadmill miles in ~ 35 minutes, HR ~173. Yesterday's scheduled workout today on the treadmill after getting 8 more inches of snow dumped overnight. Just not feeling it today, and only managed 5 Steady State miles or so with a couple of 15-20 second breaks to get the HR back down. Decided to pack it in when the effort to keep a 7/min pace was way too high today. Glad the holidays are now really over....maybe I can actually get back on a consistent schedule.
