8 miles in 1:01:25, 7:41/mi, HR 153. Last Tuesday's scheduled run today. Late barn Xmas party last night had me up late and eating poorly, so the fact that today's run went without too much extra effort was nice.
Holy moly. I can't run at all if I go to a party. Nice run!
