6.5 miles in 49:45, 7:39/mi, HR 151. Sunny and cold (45F). Legs a bit sore today, especially the hamstrings. The core exercises were abbreviated yesterday (didn't do the hamstring killers I have been doing), so it must be leftover from 3 days ago *or* from the runs the past few days. Either way, it didn't kill me so I must be getting stronger from it. |
