1 miles in 8:01, HR 171.  Sunny and warm (60F).  After my return from 2 weeks vacation touring Greece and Turkey, I returned to a new PT plan which involves attempting a very gradual return to running (3 days/week, 1 mile/day), resetting the allowable pain threshold from none (old plan) to some (new plan).  The pain was reduced following 2 weeks of no stretching or other PT work aside from all the walking/hiking/swimming.  Today's mile was okay....I felt completely uncoordinated and didn't dare look at my HR for what felt like a reasonable pace, but it was a run in beautiful weather so I can't complain.  Here's hoping the *new* plan works!

Great to see you back, at least a bit. I was just wondering this week how things were progressing with you. Take care of yourself, looking forward to running with you again.
