1 mile in 8:02, HR 177. Sunny and warm (61F). My heart is working overtime even at this "easy" pace. Some minor pain but nothing significant during the run. Some pain during side plank and metronome exercises afterwards, and definite pain during the butterfly stretch. This week I'm running 4 times, with Wed/Thurs back-to-back run days, to see how things go. If it works okay, next week I'll run 3 x 1.5 miles. Excitement abounds!
