If you're resting well and eating well, I'm sure any achy parts should heal quickly. So many of our bloggers seem to be getting pains this time of year. It's hot (for most of them, not us, eh?) and mileage tends to be on the high side. I think this is the trial by fire period for a lot of runners. But races come closer and weather cools off soon and people will be feeling better.
Would you mind looking at my race plan in my 9/1 entry? I'm trying to get some input from experienced marathoners. Thanks!
Thanks. I'm chalking it up to pre-race jitters and trying to wean myself off of orthotics in my shoes.
