The sun is back and warmer today at 70F. Felt nice and energetic through 1 mile, then tired and uncoordinated for the rest. A good night sleep tonite is called for...
Okay, you sleep well tonight. I will takeover the lousy sleep schedule for a few days while you race the NWP and recover. Then we can switch next week while I am at camp.
Thanks everyone....I exhausted myself, had a great time with some moments of high drama, managed to beat my pace projections, and we took 2nd place! What a great way to spend a weekend, eh?
Ian: I ran 4 legs because we were short a runner in our van, but my 2nd and 3rd were combined. My distances were 6.2, 7.2, and 7.8 miles, generally getting progressively harder. I'm still pretty amazed my body let me run 3 races in such a short timeframe without completely rebelling!
