Okay, you sleep well tonight. I will takeover the lousy sleep schedule for a few days while you race the NWP and recover. Then we can switch next week while I am at camp.

Best of luck Dale for the NWP relay. What is the distance of the legs you are running?

From Tom on Fri, Jul 25, 2008 at 19:29:06

Good luck at NWP!

Good luck at the NWP brother! Get some sleep so you're good and fresh.

Thanks everyone....I exhausted myself, had a great time with some moments of high drama, managed to beat my pace projections, and we took 2nd place! What a great way to spend a weekend, eh?

Ian: I ran 4 legs because we were short a runner in our van, but my 2nd and 3rd were combined. My distances were 6.2, 7.2, and 7.8 miles, generally getting progressively harder. I'm still pretty amazed my body let me run 3 races in such a short timeframe without completely rebelling!
